Sign Up Process
To sign up any of the plans offered by LEANMONITOR.COM, you must follow the following purchase process:
- Carefully read all the available information about our plans. Prices shown on the website are in euro or dolars with taxes.
- Select the plan that you want to buy and fill in your user details.
- Check the requested services, the purchase price and applicable taxes.
- Then, you must select the payment method: (1) credit or debit card through the payment gateway, or (2) payment through Paypal.
- Once you have completed payment, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. If you do not see this message please contact us.
- If you want to make any kind of modification to the data entered in the registration process, you can modify them directly in your user profile or through the info[at]leanmonitor.com e-mail address and customer number + 34 858080020.
- Once registration and corresponding payment has been completed, the service purchased will be accessible and available immediately.
Returns & cancellations policy
At it is a web access service, once payment is made and agreed to, there is no possibility of reimbursement of the amount paid. You can cancel your service subscription at any time using the “Cancel” option in the payment area of your project settings.
